The New paper surface on Fomatone MG Classic 131 is now a semi-gloss paper. 131 is an archival, variable-contrast, black and white photographic paper. Truly warm-tone with a rich cream, double-weight baryta base. Image colour can be significantly adjusted with Fomatol PW at different dilutions giving a yellow/brown to green warm toned print. It responds well to the lith process and is a perfect replacement for Forte. In thiocarbamide toner, a golden yellow/brown is produced, a subtle blue with gold chloride and a strong split-selenium tone. Enough said! For peace of mind I recommend a 2nd fix bath to remove the high…
